Rates: 'Iolani Suite is $1200/week, three night minimum, based on 4 guests
Lili'uokulani Suite is $800/week three night minimum, based on 2 guests
You may request special services such as massage, gift baskets, excursions, etc. Just let us know what you might need to make your vacation even more memorable!
We want you to have a wonderful and exciting time while at Pu'uPuanani but there a few guidelines to insure a pleasant stay.
These special internet rates need to booked with us directly and are non-commissionable.. We provide fresh fruit from the orchards as well as a tropical flower arrangement upon arrival!
A non-refundable deposit equal to one night per week of stay is required to guarantee your reservation and a specific time period. If you need to cancel one month before occupancy, the deposit may be applied on a future booking up to one year. Full payment is required 30 days before occupancy.
Smoking is not permitted in any of the rooms. There are many open enclosed areas outside for your pleasure.
A cleaning fee of $78 for the 'Iolani Suite and $52 for the Lili'uokulani Suite will be charged per booking, irrespective of length of stay.
Hawaii State charges a tax of 11.25% (4% excise and 7.25% transient accommodation) on all goods and services. This will be added to your final payment.
Normal check-out time is noon and check-in time is 3PM. Special arrangements may be made.

We are located directly on the rugged and picturesque Hamakua Coast. There are beach parks all along the coastline, as well as many black sand beaches in the Hilo area, just 25 minutes away. The beaches of the Kohala Coast (Hapuna) are also easily accessible!
